Recruiter

Actively sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary work in the Netherlands (primarily in production, logistics, agriculture, and industry sectors).
Preparing and posting job advertisements on local job boards and social media platforms.
Conducting initial interviews with candidates (in-person, via phone, or online).
Verifying candidates' work experience and language skills.
Collaborating with the team in the Netherlands to match candidates with suitable roles.
Providing candidates with comprehensive information about employment conditions, accommodation, and transportation.
Ensuring a positive image of the company in the local market.

Experience in recruitment welcom
Knowledge of the labor market in Romania and the ability to recruit candidates effectively.
Excellent English skills (knowledge of Dutch is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work remotely and excellent time management skills.
Capability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
