Office Manager/ Recruiter in Romania

As an Office Manager/Recruiter, you will be responsible for the daily management of our office in Romania and the recruitment of temporary workers for our clients in the Netherlands. You play a key role in coordinating administrative tasks and attracting suitable candidates. This is a versatile position combining operational responsibilities and recruitment activities.
Managing the office and daily administrative processes.

Actively recruiting candidates for temporary roles in the Netherlands, focusing on production, logistics, agriculture, and industry.
Preparing and distributing job advertisements on local job portals and social media.
Conducting interviews (in-person, by phone, or online).
Verifying candidates' work experience and language proficiency.
Collaborating with the team in the Netherlands to find the perfect match between candidates and vacancies.
Managing communication with candidates regarding employment conditions, accommodation, and transportation.
Ensuring a strong company image in the local labor market.

Experience in office management and recruitment (preferably in the staffing industry or international recruitment).
Knowledge of the Romanian labor market and recruitment methods.
Excellent command of English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Organizational skills and experience in managing administrative processes.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Flexible and solution-oriented thinking.
