Machine operator

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for the production process of animal feed polymers. You do this in a large warehouse where the ambient temperature is the same as the outside temperature. In short, it can be cold in winter and warm in summer. Your daily tasks consist of:

Supplying raw materials into the machines
Mixing and adjusting recipes
Managing and maintaining machines
Performing work on the forklift truck (30%)
Other additional duties such as helping with production

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week where you will work 3 shifts from Monday to Friday. The following working hours apply:

06:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 22:00
22:00 - 06:00

The Monday night shift starts on Sunday at 22:00.

You have experience as a machine operator
You are willing to work in shifts
You have a forklift certificate or are willing to get one through us
You communicate in Dutch or English

As a machine operator, you will join a family-owned company founded in 1945. The company includes several operating companies, including production and biopolymers. These operating companies use various organic waste streams as raw materials for their end products. Their products range from bioplastics to technical starches and highly innovative starch modifications.

A gross hourly wage of €14.44 excluding allowances
