Our client is a poultry abattoir from Stroe. It was established in 1930 and is a family run business.
Working hours are 05:50 to 16:00 Monday to Friday.
For candidates without a hanger certificate the starting rate is €13.46 plus ADV 14.30 once certified the rate will increase to €16.31 plus ADV 17.34
The certificate can be done within a month at Ab's expense. There is no cost to the employee. In addition, the course can also be done in Polish, you do not need to know English or Dutch. A translator is present on the course.
An employee without an ‘animal welfare’ certificate, i.e. a so-called hangman's certificate, is enrolled on the course after two weeks, after a good overall performance and learning on the job, and at that time can also already receive the rate of 16.31.
