If you are / become a reduction member of the cooperative:
– Name and address details, e-mail address and other contact details;
– birth data, age, gender;
– other information related to work-related disability registration.
AB Midden Nederland will only record special personal data if this is necessary to comply with its legal obligations, insofar as permission has been given, or if this is otherwise permitted by or pursuant to the law. “Special personal data” refers to data on race, religion or belief, political opinion, health, sexual life, union membership, criminal data and / or personal data about unlawful or objectionable behavior.
WITH WHOM CAN WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA (CANDIDATES, TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES, DIRECT EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS AND SELF-EMPLOYED)?
AB Midden Nederland can pass on your personal data to the subsidiaries, its clients, subcontractors (e.g. data processors such as an occupational health service or its partner) who provide services on behalf of him or perform assignments, suppliers, government agencies and other business relations. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The retention periods we use depend on the applicable statutory retention periods.
Candidates (if you have not (yet) worked for AB Midden Nederland)
Your mediation data (resume, work experience, education, test results etc.) are available, in accordance with the guidelines of the Dutch Data Protection Authority, up to one year after the end of the last application procedure, if you are not employed for AB Midden Nederland.
If you no longer require any mediation, you can unsubscribe yourself from any vacancy alerts via the website and by sending an e-mail to info@abmiddennederland.nl for passing on your changed availability status. You will no longer be contacted and mediated by AB Midden Nederland. Your personal data will then be permanently deleted within 30 days. This is in keeping with the General Data Protection Regulation Act Art. 17: Right to rease data.
If you work / have worked for AB Midden Nederland
there are certain personal data for the benefit of, for example, claims, audits, payroll tax statements (5 years after the end of the calendar year: Article 7: 454 (3) Dutch Civil Code)) and tax accounting and administration obligations (7 years after end of calendar year: article 52 State Taxes Act) available for AB Midden Nederland. SECURITY
AB Midden Nederland is doing everything it can to protect your personal data against unauthorized use. We do this on the basis of physical, administrative, organizational and technical measures.
